Do you take insurance?

Yes we do! We are currently participating with BCBS, United Healthcare, Aetna, Humana, and Medicare, as well as any Optum plans.

Where exactly are you located?

We are located at 109 S Lincoln Ave, Niles Michigan. It is two doors north of St. Mary's Church, and across the street from the old Westside School.

Am I considered a new patient or a returning patient?

Accepted Answer

If Dr. Beckwith has treated you in the past, she considers you to be a returning patient. If it has been more than a year since she has seen you, please schedule as a "Returning Patient Exam." A lot can happen in a year!

Are you taking new patients?

Accepted Answer

Due to our schedule booking out 6 weeks for returning clients, Dr. Beckwith had to make the difficult decision not to accept new patients at this time.
